Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 90 days without giving any reason. Whether the item is defective or not, you can initiate a return. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within 7 working days from the day on which we received the communication about your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 90 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 90 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
